My refund hasn't arrived — what do I do?
Refunds take 5–10 business days depending on your bank after we process them. Check your spam folder for the refund confirmation email. If it's been more than 10 business days, contact us with your booking reference and we'll investigate immediately.
I can't access my booking — how do I get my arrival pass?
Sign into your account and go to My Bookings. Your arrival pass and all booking details are always available there. If you can't sign in, use the magic link option on the login page — we'll email you a one-tap sign-in link instantly.
I want to list my campsite — where do I start?
Head to our host onboarding page and click "Start listing your site". Our 8-step wizard takes about 45 minutes and walks you through everything. Once submitted, our team reviews and approves your listing within 24 hours.
How do I report a problem with a listing or a safety concern?
For safety concerns during a stay, use the Safety & Emergency channel above — we respond within 2 hours. For listing complaints or misrepresentation, use the contact form on this page or email [email protected] with your booking reference and photos if relevant.
