Listing on KAMPSTA is completely free. We charge a 6% service fee on completed bookings — meaning you only pay when you earn. There are no monthly subscriptions, no setup fees, and no hidden costs. You keep 94% of every booking.

How long does it take to set up a listing?

Most hosts complete their listing in 45–60 minutes using our guided 8-step wizard. You'll need your site details, some good photos, and your pricing. Once submitted, our team reviews it within 24 hours and you go live immediately on approval.

Can I list multiple pitch types with different prices?

Absolutely. You can add as many pitch types as your site offers — grass pitches, caravan pitches, glamping pods, cabins, bell tents, and more. Each has its own price, capacity, description, and availability. Guests can browse and book any pitch type individually.

What if I already take bookings on my own website?

No problem — KAMPSTA works alongside your existing setup. Our iCal sync keeps your KAMPSTA calendar and your own booking system in sync automatically, so you never get double-booked. Many hosts use KAMPSTA specifically to reach new guests they wouldn't otherwise find.

When do I get paid?

Payouts are released 24 hours after each guest checks in, directly to your registered bank account. You can track all earnings, upcoming payouts, and transaction history in your host dashboard. Bank transfers typically take 1–3 business days to arrive.

Can I control who books my site?

Yes. You can choose between Instant Book (guests book directly, great for conversion) or Request to Book (you approve each booking manually). You can also set rules — minimum age, no smoking, pets allowed or not — and see each guest's verified profile and reviews before accepting.
