We ship constantly
No 6-month roadmaps that never change. We build, test, and ship every week. If you have an idea on Monday, it can be in production by Friday. Everyone has a voice in what we build next.

Small team, full ownership
We're 38 people. You won't be a cog. Every person at KAMPSTA owns a real surface area of the product and is expected to make decisions, not just execute them.

The mission is real
We started because a broken booking system left our co-founder sleeping in a car park in Dalarna. Every feature we build helps real people find and enjoy the outdoors. That never gets old.

Remote-first, Sweden-rooted
Our HQ is a converted boathouse on Djurgården in Stockholm. But most of us work remotely. We meet in person quarterly — usually somewhere with a campfire involved.

Honest about what's hard
We're a Series A startup. Some days are chaotic. Not everything is built yet. We'd rather you know that upfront than be surprised three months in. We're building in the open, warts and all.

We take camping seriously
Annual camping allowance. Every new joiner gets a KAMPSTA account with SEK 3,000 of credit to explore the platform. We believe the best product people are also the best users.

Find and onboard the best campsites in Scandinavia. You'll be on the road — visiting sites, building relationships with landowners and farmers, and convincing amazing places to list with KAMPSTA. Fluent Swedish essential, other Nordic languages a big plus.

Trust & Safety Specialist

Handle safety reports, listing complaints, fraudulent reviews, and community violations. You'll be the person guests and hosts turn to when things go wrong, and you'll have genuine authority to make decisions and protect people on the platform.
