If a verified guest causes damage to your site or property, KAMPSTA's Host Protection covers up to SEK 25,000 per incident after your own insurance has been applied.

Every review on KAMPSTA is genuine. Here's how we make sure of it.
Stays-only reviews
Only guests who have completed a verified stay can leave a review. No browsing the site and leaving an opinion — you have to have been there.
Simultaneous publication
Both guest and host write their reviews independently before either sees the other's. This prevents retaliation and ensures honest feedback.
No review removal
Hosts cannot pay to remove negative reviews. KAMPSTA will only remove a review if it violates our content policy — never just because a host dislikes it.
14-day review window
Guests have 14 days after checkout to leave a review. This gives time for reflection without allowing years-old reviews that no longer reflect the site.
